Sunderland are offering £3 million for Portsmouth fullback Matty Taylor.

The Sunday Mirror says Keane wants to end Taylor's frustration at Fratton Park and has already made his move ahead of the transfer window.

Taylor, 26, is also wanted by Aston Villa, Fulham and Reading.
