The Sunday Mirror says Dick Advocaat is preparing a mammoth £15million offer for Fenerbahce frontman Sow.
The Black Cats boss is returning for the forward after seeing a £12m bid rejected as he looks to fill the gap left by Connor Wickham's move to Crystal Palace.
The Sunderland manager knows the Wearsiders are short of goals and he will return to the Istanbul club with an improved bid.
