Liverpool recruit Danny Ings has heaped praise on new teammate Daniel Sturridge.

The former Burnley striker has now been officially unveiled by the Reds and is immediately looking forward to gracing the pitch alongside Sturridge who continues to recover from hip surgery.

"He's an unbelievable striker," Ings told LFCTV of Sturridge.

"He is one of those players who has come through the ranks, he has not had it easy.

"Now he's here and he's established; he's a fantastic, talented football player I can learn from."
