Daniel Sturridge and captain Jordan Henderson were both back in action for Liverpool on Sunday.
The injury-prone striker and star midfielder both came on as second-half substitutes as the Reds got the better of the Swans 1-0 at Anfield.
After the match, goalscorer James Milner was clearly excited about the comebacks of Sturridge and Henderson who are expected to provide Jurgen Klopp's squad with even more options as the season progresses.
"[It was] brilliant to see them out there," said Milner.
"They've both been big misses for us and it's great to have them back. It shows the strength in depth in the squad."
