Real Madrid star Gareth Bale is again being linked with Manchester United.

Diario Gol says Real Madrid are desperate to keep him at the Bernabeu but the lure of United is getting stronger.

United tried to sign Bale when he joined the La Liga giants from Tottenham in 2013 and they've made it clear to him they still want his signature.

He wants to be the main man somewhere and with United getting knocked back in their pursuit of Neymar, Jose Mourinho thinks Bale could rule Old Trafford.

Mourinho has informed Bale of his interest and the Welshman is seriously considering the proposal.
