Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers admits their Capital One Cup triumph over Notts County may've come at a heavy cost.
Kolo Toure, carried off on a stretcher with a groin problem, was not the only Liverpool player who picked up an injury.
Fellow defender Aly Cissokho, who was making his first Reds start, was forced off early on due to an ankle complaint and midfielder Joe Allen also subsequently had to be substituted having sustained an apparent hamstring problem.
On the trio, Rodgers said: "We will assess them tomorrow. It was obviously disappointing with Cissokho getting injured so early on - he was distraught coming off as you can imagine.
"Joe Allen we just need to check - he has maybe tweaked his hamstring.
"And Kolo Toure has overstretched his groin, so we need to assess that, which doesn't look so good to be honest."
