Stoke striker Ricardo Fuller has been cleared to face Wolves in the opening game of the season despite receiving a red card in a friendly last week. The Potters have been assured the Jamaican striker will not be banned for this season's Premier League curtain raiser after initial fears Fuller would be forced to miss the trip to Molineux.
The 30-year-old striker was sent off for violent conduct in Friday night's pre-season game against Wrexham after clashing with left-back Neil Ashton.
But Stoke have revealed on their official website they have gained confirmation from the FA that their frontman would be available for the match in the West Midlands.
