Stoke City midfielder Salif Diao insists there's more to come from him this season.

Diao feels he can improve on his efforts in the win at Tottenham and has dismissed suggestions it was his best game in a Stoke shirt.

He said: "I think I've played better games than that. I could have done better and I can definitely improve.

"But it is a team game and, when the team performs well, then individuals shine."
