Manager Mark Hughes has ruled out the possibility of Stoke City reigniting their interest for Andriy Yarmolenko.
It was no secret that Stoke had been courting Ukrainian winger Yarmolenko all summer but the transfer did not come to fruition due to Dynamo Kiev's reluctance to sell him to the Potters.
Stoke have now gone on to splash the cash to bring in another longtime target in the form of Xherdan Shaqiri and manager Hughes has revealed that signing Yarmolenko is no longer on the agenda for the Potters.
Hughes said: "I think we've had a good window up to this point and probably won't go back into the market unless something exceptional presents itself."
