Stoke striker Joselu: Competition with Crouch, Diouf, Bojan and Shaqiri very healthy

Joselu believes that the competition for places in the Stoke City attack can only be a positive for the club.

The Potters possess a potent strike force this season consisting of Mame Biram Diouf, Peter Crouch, Bojan Krkic and Xherdan Shaqiri as well as Joselu himself.

The presence of so many quality players means that nobody is a certain starter in attack and Joselu is of the belief that such competition for places can only be good for Stoke.

The Spaniard told the Stoke Sentinel: "There is tough competition for places because we've got very good players and very good strikers. We have Peter Crouch and Mame Diouf who play as strikers too. This is a very big team with very big players all through the squad.

"That's what you need at this level – and we've still got good players who are yet to come in, like Bojan and Xherdan Shaqiri. It is a good place to be."
