Stoke City are still looking to sign Tom Huddlestone on loan from Tottenham.
The Potters had the 25-year old midfielder in for a medical last week but decided against a season-long loan after discovering his chronic ankle problem.
But Goal.com suggests that Stoke still want Huddlestone and have asked for some changes in the loan contract.
The Potters are prepared to pay a fee of £500,000 but want to make sure they can send him back to White Hart Lane if he gets injured with Spurs picking up his wages if that occurs.
