Stoke City and Southampton are chasing Red Bull Salzburg goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi.
The Daily Star says Stoke are eyeing Gulacsi as a possible replacement if they lose current no.1 Asmir Begovic.
Southampton want Gulacsi, who is also a target for Germans Werder Bremen, to provide genuine competition to their current first choice Artur Boruc.
He has the added attraction to English clubs of qualifying as a home grown player after spending six years on Liverpool's books before joining Red Bull Salzburg last summer.
Gulacsi's agent James Lippett said: "Peter has been brilliant this season and is therefore going to attract attention from the Premier League and Bundesliga but as of now he is very committed to the Red Bull project."
