Stoke City midfielder Glenn Whelan insists there's no reason for panic over recent results.
The midfielder says the squad are good enough to end their slide, but admits they can't afford to play like they did at West Ham United.
He told The Sentinel: "We know we have enough about us to pick up some wins. If we get a couple of wins together then we are back in the top half and that is what we are still aiming for.
"But we have to get back to what we are good at and we can't keep conceding the way we have been."
