Stoke keeper Sorensen wants Pulis talks over Euro concerns

Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen admits he's planning showdown talks with manager Tony Pulis.

Sorensen fears for his Euros place with Denmark while he struggles to dislodge Asmir Begovic from the No1 spot at Stoke.

"My big goal is the European Championship and I will do anything to get there in the best possible shape. I take it week by week, but I'm hoping for more matches in the first team before the season is over.

"The manager has previously given the second keeper a chance late in the season. He did this to me when the situation was reversed, so it's obviously something I hope for. Nobody is guaranteed anything, but it may be, I'll go talk to him about it at some point."
