Stoke City are considering making another move for French international Andre-Pierre Gignac, according to reports from the Daily Mail.

Gignac made a surprise move from Marseille to Mexican side UANL Tigres over the summer but has managed to impress during his time at the Nuevo Leon club, scoring 23 goals in 30 Liga MX appearances and even earning a recall into the French national team.

Gignac's fine form has alerted a host of clubs from Europe and it has now been claimed that the Potter, who have previously shown interest, are preparing a £6million summer swoop for the 30-year-old.
