Stoke City fullback Phil Bardsley has dubbed Bojan Krkic a "little magician".

Bojan has been outstanding in recent weeks.

"He's a little magician," Bardsley told The Sentinel.

"Coming from Barcelona you always know you're going to sign somebody special. He's worked tremendously hard in the gym, come in on his days off and shown a desire to succeed.

"And it's paid off with his performances which, lately, have been sensational.

"I've watched him for years in the Champions League and thought that as soon as he got his fitness back he was going to take off.

"And he's certainly done that in recent weeks."
