Stoke City captain Ryan Shawcross is happy to hear the likes of Liverpool and former club Manchester United are following his progress.
But Shawcross insists he's happy at the Brit.
He told the Sunday Mirror: "I suppose if you get speculation like that it must mean you are doing something right.
"You don't get linked to big teams if you are not doing well, so it's good for your confidence.
"But I don't take too much notice of it - the manager [Tony Pulis] is always joking with me.
"He says: 'How do you think you will get into that team?'. But he's always said more seriously I'm not for sale, and so has the chairman.
"I'm sure if somebody came in with a ridiculous offer it might be different, but the club has shown in the past that we haven't sold any players.
"I think the chairman is not a poor man, so he doesn't need the money, and his aim is to try to keep his players for as long as he can."
