Norwich City have had a bid for Cameron Jerome accepted by Stoke City.
The Sentinel says Jerome has been given permission to speak to Norwich after Stoke agreed a £1.5m sale to the Canaries.
The deal is now dependent on the 28 year-old striker agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.
His transfer would end a troubled three-year stay at Stoke which included a season-long loan spell at Crystal Palace in 2013/15.
