Tottenham refuse to give up on Manchester City defender Vedran Corluka.

The Daily Mail says Spurs are even prepared to take over Manchester City's debt to Dinamo Zagreb in order to push the deal through.

Corluka's £7million move to White Hart Lane was scuppered last weekend when City boss Mark Hughes insisted the deal should not go through.

But with the north-west club still in need of cash to ease their own financial position, Tottenham are preparing a new offer.
