Tottenham striker Harry Kane was delighted with his double for victory at Crystal Palace.
The 4-0 win eased the pressure on Spurs after a disappointing season resumption.
Kane said, "I thought we started the game well. We pressed well and moved it in the first 15-20 minutes but we lacked the final third delivery or shot. Then they had a better spell.
"At half-time we got it back to moving and switching. In the final third we were more creative and clinical. Two quick goals helped kill the game off.
"[The first goal] was nice. Ivan put a great ball in. The second one was something I practice a lot, quick touch and finish before the keeper can get set."
On fellow goalscorer Heung-min Son, he addded: "I'm really happy for him. He's been working really hard. Sometimes you need a bit of luck to go your way. Hopefully it can give him the confidence to kick-start the rest of his season.
"It was a really important three points away from home. It's not an easy game. Now it's about using this momentum in the games ahead."
