Tottenham striker Harry Kane says playing in the lower leagues was the making of him.
Kane spent time on loan at Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich and Leicester City.
"It is different than playing against Premier League defenders. They are more physical," said Kane.
"Yes, definitely. It can only help you when you learn at a young age, if you play in men's football.
"You adapt your game and play against all sorts of teams."
