Tottenham may miss out on the permanent signing of Dejan Kulusevski in the summer.
The winger, who is currently on loan to Tottenham from Juventus, may only remain if they finish in the top four.
While the 22-year-old has impressed with Spurs, the sacking of Antonio Conte may change his circumstances.
According to CalcioMercato, Spurs have to pay £30 million at the end of the season for the Swede if they finish in the top four.
If they are outside the top four, the requirement may turn into an option, which would then open up Kulusevski's future.
Spurs are battling the likes of Man United, Newcastle, Liverpool, and others to finish in the top four.
