Erik Lamela is expected to be back for Tottenham in the Carabao Cup against West Ham.

The Daily Mail says he is tipped to return for Wednesday's Carabao Cup tie with West Ham - a year to the day since his last game.

Pochettino has been "talking every day" with his Argentina winger to see when the hip-injury victim will be ready.

He is hinting the 25-year-old should be on the bench for the fourth-round League Cup clash at Wembley three days later.
