Tottenham are determined to sign LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham.
Contrary to reports that Spurs are wavering on the deal, the London Evening Standard says Spurs officials are believed to have flown to the United States to step up talks with the LA Galaxy and ensure they secure the loan signing of Beckham.
Galaxy are still wary about letting Beckham go on another loan spell having agreed to let him join AC Milan the two previous seasons.
Spurs remain confident that a deal will be reached which will see him become a member of Redknapp's squad for two months before returning to America.
