Tottenham legend Graham Roberts has urged Andre Villas-Boas to settle on a first-choice line-up.
Spurs host Manchester United today.
Roberts said: "I wish he wouldn't swap the team around so much. I don't think we've had the same team in two games running.
"If you're going to get a connection between players you need to play your best team and I'm not sure AVB knows his best team.
"He's still trying to find that out.
"We've got £110million worth of players and no one knows what the best system is.
"The players have to stand up and be counted because they are good."
