Spurs chairman Levy tells Liverpool: You can have Defoe ... for £20M
Tottenham have slapped a £20 million price-tag on striker Jermain Defoe.
The Mirror says Tottenham supremo Daniel Levy will ask Liverpool to pay a staggering £20million for Defoe.
Defoe has emerged as a shock target for the Reds, who are looking for a new signing to solve his goalscoring problems.
However, insiders close to the deal reveal that hard-bargaining Levy is looking for twice the £10m fee being mentioned on Merseyside as Defoe is rated much higher in the current market.

yeah levy is normal! Is daglish and henry the owner? as they paid 35m for andy carrol and 20mplus for henderson and ect! Harry doesnt want to sell him anyway!
even for 20 million whats the point of selling defoe - he is the best poacher and finisher in the prem.. just cut loose of pavchenko for 8million.. and use that money to prop up the wages of the top players so they dont bugger off in the summer.. personally i dont think pav is worth £10 quid - infact if ur listening - "ur shit shit shit"" for a £10 i could get the ball and smack with my second touch at the goal, and my first touch is better than urs pav..
