Tottenham and Arsenal could be ready to bring a Brazilian winger back to the Premier League.

Former Leeds United star Raphinha has been at Barcelona for the past year and a half.

However, he may be set for a move back to England as Barca look to cash in on him.

Per SPORT in Spain, the 27-year-old is very much available, albeit for a big fee.

Barca have even received an offer in the region of £68 million from a Saudi Pro League club.

Raphinha has only started 12 La Liga games out of the 21 times that he has appeared in the competition this season.
