Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor will line-up against Manchester City tonight still being paid a fortune by the Blues.
The Daily Mail says Adebayor is still paid a staggering £40,000-a-week despite having joined Spurs on a permanent deal in 2012 after a year on loan.
After being frozen out by former boss Andre Villas-Boas, he is now back in the Spurs line-up and scoring regularly. He poses the biggest threat to City's title chances when the two sides meet at White Hart Lane.
