Real Time International Ltd (RTI) have filed a claim against MLS giants LA Galaxy regarding the signing of Robbie Keane.
The Republic of Ireland captain joined the 2011 champions from Tottenham in summer last year for a reported $5.7million with RTI claiming they are owed around $385,000 for the move.
Reuters suggests that a complaint has been filed with a Manhattan federal court against the Galaxy and the MLS for 'exploited information' provided by RTI 'without compensation'.
RTI are seeking the aforementioned percentage of the transfer fee paid by Spurs after the Galaxy consulted them about a player they could sign quickly which subsequently was Keane.
