Sporting Lisbon are swooping for Atletico Madrid striker Florent Sinama-Pongolle.
The former Liverpool attacker is expected to join Sporting for £5 million when the market reopens on January 1.
Sinama-Pongolle is keen to revive his career after losing his first team status at Atletico over the last 18 months due to the success of Diego Forlan and Sergio Aguero.
