Spartak Moscow expect a ruling from FIFA in weeks over an outstanding payment owed by West Ham United for last season's loan of Alex Kral.

Spartak have taken West Ham to FIFA over part of the fee still owed for Kral.

The Hammers have cited the financial sanctions against Russia as to why the fee owed is yet to be fully paid.

Spartak chief Evgeny Melezhikova told TASS: "Everything is decided in December. In December we will be waiting for the decision."

Kral is currently on-loan with Schalke.
