Spain have completed a year at the top of the FIFA World Rankings. Paraguay's superb run of form has seen them became the biggest movers in the FIFA list as they leapt from 17th to 13th.

Serbia and Ukraine both moved into the top 20 while Cameroon and Bulgaria dropped out.
