Arsenal are rumoured to be circling for the services of Southampton's young midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The 17-year-old midfielder became the youngest player after Theo Walcott to feature for the Saints.
The youngster's performances even saw him earn a call-up to the England Under-18 squad that took on Poland in last month.
The News of the World is claiming that the Gunners' chief scout, Steve Rowley, has seen Oxlade-Chamberlain in action, prompting speculation that the north London club could be interested in a swoop for the Portsmouth-born player.
The teenager is the son of former Portsmouth and England winger Mark Chamberlain.
