Southampton star Rickie Lambert could be handed a Premier League chance.
The Sunday Sun says speculation linking Lambert with his former manager Alan Pardew at Newcastle United is not wide of the mark.
Lambert is regarded as one of the great goal scorers outside the Premier League and Pardew is convinced he can cut it at a higher level.
