Southampton, Newcastle alerted as Celtic admit they must sell

Celtic boss Neil Lennon has put Premier League clubs on alert after admitting they may have to sell.

Lennon says the commercial shortfall created by Rangers' demotion means some players may need to be sacrificed.

He said: "The commercial loss that comes with losing four Old Firm games may mean we have to sell."

Southampton are keen on striker Gary Hooper, while Victor Wanyama is wanted by Liverpool and Newcastle United.
