Southampton midfielder Oriol Romeu has paid tribute to Barcelona coach Luis Enrique.
Romeu worked with Enrique as a Barca B player.
"Luis Enrique was the most influential for me," Romeu told the Daily Mail. "I was with him for two-and-a-half years. He spent a lot of time with me individually. He sat me down with videos of Sergio Busquets to improve my positioning. He made me a better professional.
"He worked us incredibly hard but we were young, we had to learn what was expected. It was training us as people, how to look after yourself, in the gym, on the training field, what we ate. He monitored everything. The success he has had as Barcelona's first-team manager is not an accident."
