Claude Puel praised the efficiency of his Southampton team in the wake of Sunday's win over Leicester City.
The Saints beat the reigning premiers 3-0 at St Mary's thanks to goals from James Ward-Prowse, Jay Rodriguez and a late Dusan Tadic penalty.
It was Southampton's first Premier League win in five matches, following a losing run of four, and Puel was delighted with the clinical attacking of his team who now sit 11th on the league table.
"It's a good win for all of my players, to get what they deserved for their performance," Puel told southamptonfc.com after the game.
"It was the same in the last games; we had the quality on the pitch with many opportunities like today.
"We had quality but without what we deserved and a clinical edge to our play.
"Against Leicester we stayed until the end with a clean sheet, with three goals and this is good for my players and the spirit of the team."
