Southampton are struggling to stay in the hunt for Internacional striker Leandro Damiao.

Napoli are moving for Damiao, hoping to beat Tottenham, Inter and Southampton.

"There is a club that intends to sign the player," agent Vinicius Prates told Radio Gaucha. "The interest exists."

Damiao's price-tag is reportedly €20m, but Prates insisted that "value is a lie."
