Southampton defender Toby Alderweireld is full of praise for Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone.

Alderweireld is on-loan at Saints this season from Atletico.

"The most important thing to Simeone is the team, the team and the team. Nothing is more important than the squad. If you don't think the same you're out.
