Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino will be anxiously hoping for a clean bill of health from tonight's round of internationals.

Pochettino admitted a bit of fear that some of his jet setting stars might get injured while representing their countries this week but is hoping for the best.

"It's a worry for them, a worry for the club and a worry for me but we have to accept the conditions of how it is with the national team," he said.

"We have to adapt to this situation."
