Blackburn Rovers striker Maceo Rigters remains in talks with South China.
The former Dutch U20 World Cup star is being lined up for a loan move to the Hong Kong club.
Rigters joined Rovers three years ago, but has failed to live up to his reputation created after his heroics at the U20 World Cup.
