Soualiho Meite was delighted to make a winning AC Milan debut against Cagliari.

The midfielder has joined on-loan from Torino.

“Milan are the strongest team I have played in," Meite said. “There are many champions, [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic does incredible things at 40.

“I'm young and I have to do more and more.

“Milan are a great team and if I do well, I can change my career. These months will be very important."
