Sommet Sports will broadcast Auckland City at FIFA Club World Cup

New Zealand-based free-to-air channel Sommet Sports has acquired the rights to the Fifa Club World Cup, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.

New Zealand-based free-to-air channel Sommet Sports has acquired the rights to the Fifa Club World Cup, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.

The channel, which already has rights to the Australian Football League (AFL) and MotoGP in New Zealand, will provide coverage of the tournament, which takes place from 11th to 21st December in Morocco.

Live coverage will commence at 8:30am in New Zealand on 12th December, with home interest in the event provided by 2012/13 OFC Champions League winners Auckland City.
