Solskjaer admits Tuanzebe could be Man Utd odd jobs man

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Axel Tuanzebe could be an odd jobs man.

Speaking ahead of their weekend clash with Chelsea, Solskjaer has suggested Tuanzebe could become a utility man in his squad.

Despite impressing at centre-back, the manager underlined his ability to also play at right-back and in central midfield moving forwards.

“It was a great performance by a kid who has not played for 10 months," Solskjaer said.

“Delighted for him because he's such a professional character, he wants everything, he works really hard, been really, really thorough in his rehab and very pleased for him.

“Now to get the consistency in his performances he's got to stay injury free, we've got to manage that, that's mine and his job and the physical staff's job.

“But I think he can kick on. He's a leader, he can play centre-back, right-back, he can play centre midfield, he can play many positions.

“He's a boy who takes responsibility for his own development. I'm sure he's doing everything he can to have a long career at United so hopefully we can get this consistency."
