Aleksandr Kokorin wants to leave Fiorentina.

That's according to FC Sochi midfielder Christian Noboa, who is a former teammate of Kokorin's.

He told Sports.ru: "I spoke to him and he told me he wants to return to Russia.

"He told me he wants to play but he couldn't do it for now. For us it would be an extra boost and he told me he would be happy to return to Sochi if there was the chance.

"He was told that for the moment it is not possible to return but he wants to return to play."
