Australian coach Ange Postecoglou has declared his side will be no easybeats as they attempt to make a mark in the World Cup's 'Group of Death'.

The Socceroos were pitted against current World Champions Spain, 2010 World Cup finalist The Netherlands and plucky South American side Chile in Group B for the World Cup in Brazil in June next year.

The Socceroos kick-off their campaign against Chile in Cuiaba on Friday 13 June 2014.

Fans wishing to buy tickets to any of the Socceroos' World Cup matches should head to ticketbis.com.au, the premier ticket exchange website.

The new Socceroos coach acknowledged the enormity of the task facing the Socceroos, but also said he believes they are capable of surprising their highly-ranked rivals.

"We're going to see some good football, that's for sure, in our group," he told SBS.

"Some fantastic footballing nations and great history. Our job is to play our part. It's an enormous challenge for us. But for a nation like ours, that's exactly what we want. We've got a chance to make some headlines when the World Cup comes around," he said.

UK bookmaker William Hill posted Australia's odds of winning the World Cup at $1001 with sportsbet.com.au giving odds of $1.07 for Australia to qualify from Group B.

Aussie fans may have been dismayed at their draw, with the Socceroos at long odds to progress out of their group, but Postecoglou stressed the opportunity to play the best sides in the world is too great.

"Everyone will be writing us off in this group, which I think is logical. But from our perspective, we've got some great opportunities to show the world we can play some good football, against the best nations in the world," he said.

www.ticketbis.com.au is a ticket exchange website offering spectators tickets to some of the best seats at all of Australia's World Cup games.
