Leeds midfielder Neil Kilkenny will resolve his Leeds future once he returns from international duty with Australia. The 25-year-old is a part of the Socceroos side that has reached the semi-finals of the Asian Cup and will be hoping to get game time for the third successive match against Uzbekistan on Tuesday.
Kilkenny said: "There's nothing to discuss about my contract at the moment.
"Discussions have started, they have been going on for a long time so we'll wait and see when I get back.
"At the end of the day if Leeds want to keep me they know I want to stay, so the ball is in their court."
Kilkenny has been an integral part of the English Championship side's midfield and his current contract is due to expire at the end of the season.
