Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder is thrilled to have reached the Champions League final.

The Dutchman managed a 'miraculous' recovery to feature last night in Barcelona after suffering a thigh strain on Saturday against Atalanta.

"This is marvellous and to be in the Final is a dream come true," he said of Inter's 3-2 aggregate win over Barcelona.

"It's the greatest moment of my career and so far it is also my best season. I am in seventh heaven and we've got to celebrate.

"We must enjoy this moment, but then immediately concentrate back on Serie A and the Coppa Italia.

"Inter don't want to let anything go this season."
