Bournemouth star Adam Smith is hoping the team can overcome their consistency issues next season.
Smith came back for the Cherries during the final two games of the season, after recovering from a knee problem.
He hopes to enjoy an injury free season next campaign, while helping the team to improve on maintaining their level of performance each week.
He told the Daily Echo: "It was a gutless first half (at Crystal Palace) to be honest. The second half was much better but it is easy to play football when you are already losing.
"That is what our season has been like – just so inconsistent.
"We play well one week then the next week it is a different team.
"It is something we need to look at next season because personally I am just sick of as a team being inconsistent like that. It frustrates the manager, the coaching staff and all the other players, so we need to look at it next season."
