Blackburn Rovers fullback Danny Simpson sees his future at parent club Manchester United.
"I am a Manchester lad, I supported them as a boy and have been there for 10 or 11 years," said Simpson.
"For me whatever happens in the future is all about what happens now. I want to cement myself as a full back at Blackburn and playing every week.
"I want more games like Saturday, coming off the pitch with a win was a nice feeling and that is what I have to concentrate on at the moment.
"This season is massive for me. I am only young and have things to learn. Being here at Blackburn, with the staff and players, it is giving me that base to learn and to become a better player.
"The more games you play, the more confidence you get.
"The more time you get to express yourself and show the fans and manager what you might do."
